The Church will be open during Lent on Tuesdays, 2-5pm. Pray in the space with the Stations of the Cross, light a candle, or just sit a while in the quiet of this sacred space.

On Saturday, March 14 at 3pmChloe White will visit St. Ben’s to talk about the extraordinary Stations of the Cross installation she was commissioned to create for this community.

Chloe, who’s not a Christian, will speak about how her early life and her own spiritual identity and spiritual expression informed the way she approached this work. She will talk about the impact of immersing herself in Jesus’ story and what that story means to her today.

After a short introduction, Chloe will walk those gathered from Station to Station, offering background on each piece. All along the way, Chloe hopes this will be a conversation, she welcomes your questions and curiosities.

This special event is planned for 3-4:30pm so that the light in the sanctuary will be ‘just right.’

This event is offered free of charge and is open to anyone and everyone who might appreciate meeting Chloe, and spending some time learning about the evocative art she created for St. Benedict’s and for the wider community to experience. Please do invite your friends for this rare chance to meet and talk with this incredible local artist.
